Picture it: Duluth, Ga., August 2023. I've just been rear ended while at a stop at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Pleasant Hill Road. My bumper is askew. I have to return to Boston before I can get the car fixed, and I worry that the dangly bits will catch wind and cause the bumper to come off, somehow. I don't want to use duct tape because it looks terrible and would damage the paint, but don't know what to do. Enter New Master Auto Body. I saw good reviews online and being the obsessive, over-analytical person I am, I read multiple for various body shops but this one seemed the best (also closest, but that was sheer coincidental convenience). I stop by to ask them if there's anything that can even be done to protect the car from damage at high speeds for like 14 hours, and the gentleman behind the counter and one from inside the garage come together, and within ten minutes, have a temporary fix that - denting and scratching aside - makes it look like it never happened. They were incredibly helpful, kind, fast - and rest assured, if someone as neurotic as I am about protecting my high value investments (car) feels confident in a company that you will too.
