ADAS calibration (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems calibration) is the process of recalibrating a vehicle’s safety sensors and cameras so they work correctly after repairs, replacements, or certain maintenance tasks.

These systems rely on cameras, radars, LIDAR, and ultrasonic sensors mounted around the vehicle. If a windshield, bumper, sensor, or camera is replaced—or even if there’s been an accident, alignment change, or suspension repair—the sensors may no longer point in the right direction.
Calibration ensures those sensors are precisely aligned with the vehicle’s geometry and road, so the ADAS features give accurate readings and respond correctly. There are two main types:
